RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused/undamaged (non-discounted or non-personalized) products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging, tags and must be in the same condition as it was received.

Silver/gold vermeil discoloration issues and broken items reported after 30 days are subject to our review. Any discoloration issues/ broken items after 30 days will be directed to our REPAIRS PORTAL.

This includes engraving, custom orders and all items listed in our personalization section. Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of being received.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping to return your item to us.

RETURN ADDRESS
All returns to Annastasia Collection must be sent with “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” for any carrier used. Please provide us with a tracking number upon shipping. Annastasia Collection is not responsible for any packages returned without proof of our signature acquired upon delivery. Please send to;
